Maureen combines her health care background with her gift for maximizing operational effectiveness in her role as Vice President of Human Resource Operations. She is involved with all aspects of personnel management, training, and the development of relevant policies and procedures. Maureen has a knack for understanding how people interact, and how to handle conversations and conflicts with grace–ultimately, she’s responsible for sustaining a supportive, encouraging, and collaborative workplace culture. The fruits of her efforts affect every aspect of client account management and business development.
Before joining The CM Group, Maureen worked for over a decade in operations for several hospitals and medical centers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Curry College, and her master’s of management from Cambridge College. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.
Maureen is also a strong believer in giving back to her community. She is a board member at South Shore SNAP (Special Needs Athletic Partnership). Together with her family, she’s also regularly involved with local service organizations, including My Brother’s Keeper and Cradles to Crayons.
