As Vice President of Patient Engagement, Alex is a savvy innovator and a strong client ally. Together with her team, she tackles the complexities of marketing and communications programs for The CM Group’s clients. Alex is an expert at distilling complex ideas into elegant solutions, ones that help pharmaceutical companies connect on an authentic level with physicians and patients, in a way that generates measurable results.
Before joining The CM Group, Alex worked for more than two decades in marketing and advertising. In New York, she worked on national business-to-consumer accounts including Procter & Gamble and Burger King; in Boston, she led a multimedia campaign for Fidelity Investments and then gained client-side experience as director of communications for a marketing software company. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated cum laude.
In every position Alex has held, clients and colleagues have commended her attention to detail and exceptional client service. Her dedication naturally carries over into her personal life; Alex currently sits on the board of trustees for the CARES Foundation, a national organization dedicated to Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH), a rare, genetic disorder that affects her youngest son.
